PURPOSE:To decrease eccentricity of the body of bearing because of the magnetical eccentricity, by furnishing magnetic members at the surfaces of a pair of permanent magnets, facing each other, to give a centripetal force. CONSTITUTION:This bearing device 1 is composed of a base 4 of nonmagnetic metal fixed in an oil vessel 3, a movable body 6 of nonmagnetic metal arranged with a micro-gap 5 reserved with respect to this base 4, a bearing 7 interposed between this movable body 6 and base 4 to support it in such a way as movable freely in the horizontal direction, and an automatic return mechanism 8 to reinstate the movable body 6 to the specified position automatically. The automatic return mechanism 8 among them is composed of permanent magnets 16a buried at the outside circumference of the undersurface of movable body 6 in circumferential distribution, a permanent magnet 16b buried in the base 4 facing it, and magnet members 17a, 17b interposed between permanent magnets 16a, 16b and buried in the movable body 6 and base 4, respectively. |
