<p>The display uses an electronic processor (10) coupled to a clock (11), a tachometer (12), a kilometer counter (13) a device (14) which indicates the fuel tank level and a device which indicates the rate at which fuel is being supplied to the engine. The processor can be fed with input data relating to the journey to be undertaken via input keys (16a) incorporated in a control keyboard, with further keys (16b,16c) used to select the information to be fed to a display (17).S Pref. a first key (16b) is operated to allow the time elapsed from the beginning of the journey, the average speed and the fuel consumption to be displayed, with a second key (16c) operated and the remaining fuel to be displayed. The information display is used for long journeys.</p> |
