<p>The appts. consists of a carriage, having a brake and a centring cable, and a semi-movable section freely movable about the axis of a pulley and also provided with a brake. A supporting chassis contains a slide ring on which is attached a clamp having jaws shaped to cooperate with the cable. The lower part of the chassis contains the seat which is adjustable horizontally and vertically. The end of the chassis has a cradle acting as a support and brake control. The cradle is formed of two articulated sections movable about an axis which is unitary w.r.t. a slide cone. The cone is adjustable in height and pivots about its base through a bolt, allowing the inclination anlge of a support rod to be modified. The cradle sections are actuated by the feet of the operator.</p> |
