PURPOSE:To output plural quality transmission signals simultaneously by employing multilayered constitution of, e.g. two layers having different quality detection characteristics for radiation. CONSTITUTION:Light emission corresponding to the intensity of soft radiation in radiation incident from a window 1 to a scintillator 2 is detected by a semiconductor photodetecting element 3. Further, light corresponding to the intensity of the hard radiation is emitted from the scintillator 2 and a scintillator 4 of two-layered constitution by hard radiation transmitted through a reflecting plate 4 and detected by a semiconductor photodetecting element 3'. Thus, plural quality transmission signals are outputted simultaneously. |
