PURPOSE:To set a speed governing factor of a turbine to a fixed value in all load bands and improve its controllability, by changing a gain of a control valve amplifier of the steam turbine in accordance with a load. CONSTITUTION:A frequency deviation DELTAF is adjusted with a gain by a multiplier 3 and input to a control valve amplifier 1 with a load setter signal Ls to output a control valve opening request signal V. A gain of the multiplier 3 is generated in a characteristic curve as shown in the drawing by a function arithmetic unit 4 in accordance with a load signal L to correct a slope governing factor of a turbine and set the factor to a fixed value in all load bands. |
