Corn confectionery was manufd. without loss of essential mutriment, Corns were peeled with conc. NaOH or HCl or H2SO4 soln., neutralized, washed, steamed, and fried with vegetable oil which can be extracted and separated by centrifuge, in which condiment and spicery added to give corn confectionery. |
