The nut and bolt fastener (6) is used to fix a roller (2) under the floor (1) of a waste-bin. It comprises two or more bolts (8) with the heads rigidly connected (7) to receive the nuts (9), and passing through floor holes while the connector shaft rests on the floor. The bolt may comprise a 'U' shaped bar with the legs (8) threaded. Alternatively it can have a plate (10), the bolts in the latter case comprising welded studs (11) or cheese head (14) bolts (15) in through holes.
