PURPOSE:To realize a simple constitution and reduction of working time, and improve the reliability of a winding process, by cutting off a wire-guide to guide a wire from a slit, whose periphery is tightly closed when the wire is inserted into a core-window, and connecting the wire-guide to the slit after the wire is passed through the core- window. CONSTITUTION:When a cover 11 is tied on the upper surface 5b of a base 5, a slit 10 having a depth connecting to a wire-guide 8 is formed between the lower surface of the cover and the upper surface of the base. Rollers 12a-15b constituting a pair by the two of them are formed along the wire-guide 8, respectively on the upper surface 5b of the base 5 and on the lower surface of the cover 11. On the upper surface of a moving wire-guide plate 26, arranged a moving wire-guide 27 about 0.1mm deep, which is bored in the form of a circular arc having the same radius as the wire-guide 8, and its both ends are connected to the wire-guide 8 and the core-windows 3, 3' of the core 2, 2'. The moving wire-guide 27 is inserted in an operture groove 28 bored on the upper surface 5 a of the base 5 so as to move freely in the vertical direction. The tip of a piston rod 30 is fixed to the lower surface of the moving wire-guide plate 26 through the base 5, and formed so as to connect the upper surface of the moving wire-guide plate 26 to the lower surface of the cover 11.
