PURPOSE:To ensure the stable travelling of a tape, by forming a flywheel so that it does not protrude from the front of a capstan roller in order to increase the number of cartridges to be stored in the same rack and to prevent the slip between rotary shafts of both an idle wheel and a flywheel and a capstan roll. CONSTITUTION:The revolution of a flywheel 31 is transmitted to a capstan roller 23 via an idle wheel 32. The tip of the roll 23 is protruded over the outer circumference of the wheel 31. As a result, the wheel 31 does not touch the cartridges 60 which are set at the stages higher than the touching cartridge 60 when the roll 23, a reproducing head 21 and a sensing contact piece 22 touch a pinch roll 62 or a tape 61 in the cartridge 60 and even in case the cartridges are laminated directly to each other. Thus numbers of cartridges 60 are stored in the same rack 70. |
