PURPOSE:To safely and surely perform the lifting and lowering of a gate member by a structure wherein the gate member is energized toward horizontal state by means of a torsion bar and in addition the gate member is automatically held upright by engaging said member with a vehicular side arm, when the member is lifted. CONSTITUTION:A bar member 15 is installed drawable in respect to the gate member 7 at the port side of the gate member 7 and an engaging part 15a engagable with an arm member 19 described hereinafter is formed at the tip of the bar member 15. Further, the torsion bar 16 is provided between the starboard of one of guide struts 3 in order to energize the gate member 7 so as to hold its horizontal or open state. On the other hand, a supporting member 18 is fixed to the port of the other of the guide struts 3 and the arm member 19, which is energized in its hanged-down state by means of a spring 20, is pivotally supported to the supporting member 18. An engaging pin 19a, with which the engaging part 15a of said bar member 15, is fixed to the arm member 19. |
