PURPOSE:To facilitate the location adjustment enabling pellet mounting at high yield by a method wherein a device to locate pellets at the status being attracted to an attractant is provided between supplying part and lead frame. CONSTITUTION:The pellets 22 are picked up from adhesive tape 21a by means of an attractant 25 and an arm 26 is pulled in the lead frame 24 side stopping on a mechanism 28 for a while. An unit 28 and a bar 29 are lifted to hold the pellets by an element 27a so as to correctly set up the fitted attitude of pellets 22 on the end of the attractant 25. After lowering the unit 28, the arm 26 is moved again stopping it by a bed 23 arranged on the lead frame 24 to arrange said attractant 25 lowered together with said arm 26. Through these constitution, the pellets 22 may be fitted by single operation at high precision excluding the influence of raw material waste of the pellets 22 with less elements to be adjusted. |
