The self-adhesive tape (1) has an underside (10) with an adhesive layer (3) covering the backing fabric (2) only superficially. On its top side (11) it has an adhesive layer (4) flatly covering the backing fabric (2), which adhesive layer is directly adjacent to a release paper (5). The backing fabric (2) produces unevennesses only on the bottom side (10) through the crossing points (23) of warp (20) and weft (21), which fact results in the lower adhesion-capacity of the lower adhesive layer (3), compared with the adhesion-capacity of the upper adhesion layer (4) flatly adjacent to the release paper (5). The adhesive layers (3, 4) are collated together in the fabric openings (22), permitting the indivisibility of the complete self-adhesive tape (1). The self-adhesive tape (1) can thus be used removably, its bottom side (10) being allocated to a floor and its top side (11) to, for example, a carpet. <IMAGE>
