PURPOSE:To prevent the separation of pole-faces due to the inclination of engaging means with respect to each other, by selecting the diameter of the rod of a male attaching means so that the rod is closely fitted into the bore in a female attaching member, thereby preventing any lever-like motion of the rod arter it is fitted into the bore. CONSTITUTION:A ferromagenetic plate 2 is brought into contact with one pole-face of a permanent magnet 1. A mounting wahser 4 having bendable legs 4a is attahced to the plate 2. Then, the magnet 1, the plate 2 and the washer 4 are unitarily attached to each other by a non-magnetic case 5 to form a feamle attaching member. The case 5 has on its upper surface a collar 5b communicating with a bore 1a in the magnet 1 and tucked into the bore 1a, and a retaining tab 5a formed at the opening end edge. The collar 5b is formed into a funnel-shaped bore surface in order to increase the firctional resistance with a ferromagnetic rod 3a as much as possible. In addition, a magnetic gap is left betwen the collar 5b and the bore inner wall in order to prevent external bosrtructions to the magnetic closed circuit formed by the rod 3a as much as possible. The male member is formed such that the rod 3a is projected from a ferromagnetic plate 3, and a washer having legs 4a is caulked together with the rod 3a. By this constitution, it is possible to prevent any lever-like motion of the rod 3a after the male and female attaching members are engaged with each other, so that the pole-faces will not easily separate from each other. |
