PURPOSE:To execute a resetting process of a system incorporated device while having a continuous drive of an operating system, by setting a state under which a process control is carried out with a direct connection to a service processor for a state of connection between system constituting devices. CONSTITUTION:A constitution control register which can be controlled by service processors 1 and 2 is provided to each of memory controllers 3 and 4, CPU5-7, main memory devices 11-13 and channel devices 8-10 respectively. When the constitution control registers of the controllers 3 and 4 and other constitution control registers of other devices are turned on, only the incorporating is validated to the system of the corresponding incorporated device. While the incorporating to the system is invalidated in case only the register of the incorporated device is set. However, the interface between the service processors is validated. Thus the execution is possible for the reset control of the incorporated device. |
