Electrohydraulic control circuit for the drive unit of a tailgate on a vehicle, in which at least one single-acting lifting cylinder and at least one single-acting inclination cylinder which cooperates with a prestressing spring are connected in each case to a single common connecting line via a hydraulic element which can be actuated electrically and locks on both sides. In order to monitor the production of line leaks, at least one electrohydraulic pressure monitoring element connected to the connecting line is arranged as an interrupter, which responds to minimum oil pressure, in the electric control circuit of the hydraulic elements which lock on both sides.
