The invention relates to an arrangement (illustrated in Fig 2) with a flange (3) which connects roof (1) and side part (2) of a motor vehicle body and a sealing strip (10) which covers said flange and is held elastically on the flange (3) and a projection (5) located on it, and is additionally attached in a channel (7) adjacent to the flange (3). In order to facilitate fitting and to improve the interference fit of the strip (10) it is proposed to provide the part (15) of the strip (10) running in the channel (7) with a groove (16) which has lateral, inwardly directed projections (24, 25) and to attach in the channel (16) profile bodies (17) having support faces (21, 22), onto which bodies the strip (10) is clipped. <IMAGE>
