<p>PURPOSE:To flicker a display lamp by the output of a gating means and to easily confirm the display, by installing the gating means which locks a changing state detecting signal of a received data and outputs a unchanging state detecting signal, only when data are detected in the course of testing on received data. CONSTITUTION:An inversion test function is installed to the titled device, and received data are stored in a received data buffer 14, and, when received data 21 (in the course of test) out of the data stored in the buffer 14 indicate that an inversional test is going on, a displaying data changing state 16 from a changing state detecting circuit 15 is locked by an inverter gate 23 and an AND gate 24. Moreover, old data are compared with new data at the circuit 15, and, when no change is found, a displaying data unchanging state signal 26 is outputted and the data 21 are used as the enable signal of the signal 26. In the course of the inversion test, the signal 26 is outputted to a display alarm output circuit 18 through another AND gate 24' and an OR gate 25, and a display lamp 19 of the display data which are not inverted is flickered, and thus, the confirmation of the display is made easier.</p> |
