CONSTITUTION:A computer 2 decides the state of the main body 1 of a copying machine, and a computer 3 detects that an audio output request is given from the computer 2. Thus the computer 3 compares the stored audio output request of this time with its immediately preceding audio output request. If no coincidence is obtained between both requests, the audio information of an electronic sound, etc. is read out of an ROM4 and supplied to a synthesizer 5 to be delivered through a speaker 7 and via an amplifier 5. Then a designated audio output is delivered, and a timer is started after the output of the audio information. Then the timer is checked if the coincidence is obtained between the next audio output information and the immediately preceding audio output request when the next audio output request is given. And an electronic sound is delivered again when the set time is already elapsed, and then the audio information is delivered.</p> |
