A circuit arrangement for measuring the RMS value of a voltage is simulated by a pulse duration modulator, an amplitude modulator, an integration section and a triangular-wave oscillator. The voltage to be measured is first converted into pulses of different width and then into pulses with different amplitude, whereafter the result is formed in the integration section.
