PURPOSE:To obtain an image of high quality without influence of himidity upon developing characteristics by consisting a titled developer of a mixture of two kinds of insulating magnetic powders and mixing and agitating both powders so as to exhibit different friction charging characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A developer consists of a mixture of the 1st insulating magnetic powder of <=50mu average grain sizes and the 2nd insulating magnetic powder of >=20mu min. grain sizes and both powders are mixed and agitated so as to differ in electrostatic charging characteristics, wherein the difference in the quantity of the electric charge respectively thereof is >=5muc/g. The preferable conductivities of both magnetic powders are <=10<12>mho/cm. |
