PURPOSE:To form hollow spacer grooves with high accuracy by using a rotary nozzle provided with an extrusion hole having plural pleat-like projecting parts on the inside circumferential wall. CONSTITUTION:A tension member 40 from a let-off reel not shown is inserted into a tension member guiding hole 38 of a head shaft 28 and is conducted into a resin passage 34. While a nozzle (not shown in diagram) held in a nozzle holding hole 46 is rotated together with the shaft 28, a resin melted by heating is extruded perpendicularly downward through a resin inflow path 26 onto the member 40. An extrusion hole having plural pleat-like projecting parts is provided in the inside circumferential wall of the nozzle. The member 40 extruded thereon with the resin is conducted downward and after passing through a cooling water tank, the member is precision-finished by a sizing device. |
