<p>PURPOSE:To detect surely the generation of paper jamming and to remove easily the jammed film, by providing a coating layer in such a way that a transparent or semitransparent film has partial opacity higher than specific values. CONSTITUTION:A coating material is coated on a part of a transparent or semitransparent film consisting of a polymer compd. The kinds of the coating material are not particularly limited; any material which is durable, is highly adhesive, and provides >=60% opacity with relatively small thickness is satisfactory. More specifically, coating liquid consisting of 50wt% acetone, 30wt% acrylic resin and 20wt% satin white is coated on, for example, a polyester film 1 as shown in the figure, and the solvent is allowed to evaporate after drying, whereby a film having a coating layer 2 of 1 micron thickness is obtained. The layer 2 in this case has 65% opacity. Thus, the generation of paper jamming is detected surely.</p> |
