PURPOSE:To attain momentary pickup, by storing picture information for one picture's share, in a photoelectirc conversion type pickup means, while the recording system is put in operation after a recording switch is operated. CONSTITUTION:A picked-up light is made incident to a pickup device 5 via a pickup optical system 1 and a shutter 3. A video signal of the device 5 is recorded on a magnetic disc via a signal processing circuit 8 and a recording head 8. A sequence control circuit 11 controls the entire picture recorder such as a motor control circuit 15. In operating a switch 14 for recording, a power supply storage circuit 12 supplies power, the shutter 3 is opened and picture information for one picture's share is stored in a shift register in the device 5. In supplying a shift pulse to the device 5, the picture information of the 2nd picture formed in the device 5 is stored in the photodetector in the device 5. |
