PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency and to reduce connection loss by fitting a back allotted branch sleeve, etc., to a disconnected part of an optical fiber, etc., while an optical fiber core, etc., is taken out of a branch part, and then fitting an optical connector, etc., to the terminal. CONSTITUTION:The PVC sheath and retaining tape of optical fiber cables 32a- 32c of a sleeve 62 with a back allotted branch and a two-split branch are stripped off to 500mm. to expose the optical fiber cores (optical fiber cord) and after a core 63 to be branched is cut and led out, the stripped-off part is covered. The retaining tape 65 protects the whole body against water. An optical connector 66 is fitted atop of the optical fiber core 63 led out of the branch tube 64 and connected easily to the optical transmitter of a TV camera side. |
