PURPOSE:To separate serum components from blood clot components satisfactorily while drastically reducing the time required for the coagulation of blood by making a surface active agent and an adsorptive inorganic substance present on the wall surface of a vessel. CONSTITUTION:A molding material in which 7pts.wt. of polyethylene glycol modified silicon oil is added to 100pts.wt. of polyethyl methacrylate is injection molded to obtain a vessel 15mm.phi in the O.D., 13mm.phi in the I.D., and 100mm. in the height. On the other hand, 0.2wt%. of silica in the form of fine powder (with an average grain size of 4.0m, linseed absorption of 30ml/100g, BET specific area of 12,000cm<2>/g, and a specific resistance value of 2.6X10<4>OMEGA.cm) is dispersed to prepare a freon dispersion liquid which is sprayed on the inner wall surface of said vessel. Polyethylene glycol modified silicon oil presents on the inner wall surface of the vessel at a rate of 1X10<-5>g/cm<2> and silica at a rate of 1X10<-4>g/ cm<2>. The vessel for blood inspection thus obtained achievesa better separation of the serum with a very quick coagulation of blood. |
