PURPOSE:To reduce the pressed-out amount of ultraviolet curing resin as less as possible during the transfer by weighing the disk base, spraying ultraviolet curing resin thereon and fixing the total weight of the disk base and the ultraviolet curing resin. CONSTITUTION:A cleaned disk base 1 is mounted on a disk adapter 42 and ultraviolet curing resin in the constant volume discharger 33 is discharged while the constant volume discharger 33 is being rotated on the disk base 1. When the total weight of the disk base 1 and ultraviolet curing resin sprayed thereon an intended value the ultraviolet curing resin stops its discharge. In this way, the amount of the ultraviolet curing resin pushed out from the outer periphery of the disk base can be reduced to its minimum without increasing the manufacturing processes at the time of transfer.
