HANDLING METHOD AND DEVICE OF STORAGE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of quality and efficiently handle a material, by moving a looped picker along two sets of racks and two sets of tray delivery places arranged in both ends of said racks and processing plural orders during a round of said picker. CONSTITUTION:Each picker 3-a-3-x receives a picked material storage tray at the point of a tray supply place 6-a while receives picking information from a computer and then performs picking of an objective material while moving along a rack stage 1-a to all complete one time of picking operation at a point of time reaching the end part of the rack stage 1-a, discharge the tray at a tray acceptance plate 7-b and finish one time of picking action. Similar action is performed in a tray supply place 6-b, rack stage 1-b and tray acceptance place 7-a. While each supplier machine 5-a-5-d receives a supply signal from the computer at end points of supply machine tracks 4-a, 4-b to receive applicable supply trays from acceptance places 8-a-8-d and supply the tray to the rack stage.
