PURPOSE:To drastically reduce flying by noise, and to print data stably with high quality by forming the side end surface of the nose of the recording electrode of a base holding a recording electrode at an acute angle to the holding surface of the recording electrode. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic fluid 4 intends to adhere to the acute-angle surface B of the nose section of a base 2, but the adhering magnetic fluid is attracted to a magnetic fluid recovering member 9 mounted to the acute-angle section B through capillarity, and transmitted to the member 9 and dropped and recovered into a tank 10. Consequently, the magnetic fluid hardly adheres on the acute- angle surface B, but electrostatic attraction functioning to the magnetic fluid 4-2 of the surface is weak because distances from a control electrode 5 and recording paper 6 are far only by the section of the acute angle even when the fluid slightly adheres temporarily b wetting property, etc., and the fluid does not fly as liquid-drops. Accordingly, predetermined printing through which noises and the fouling of printing are not generated is obtained. |
