摘要 PURPOSE:To secure the clean degree of a working space thereby to save energies even when the flow speed of clean air in a working space where no operator is working is slow by providing a shutter partitioning a clean working space at the downstream side of a filter from the external part, a drive mechanism for opening and closing the shutter, and an interlocking switch varying the rotational speed of a blower. CONSTITUTION:The clean zone unit is provided with a blower 2, a filter 4, a shutter 18 for partitioning a clean working space on the downstream side from the external part, and an interlocking switch 20 interlocking with the opening and switching of the shutter 18 and varying the rotational speed of the blower 2. During production, if an operator. is not working in a working space 5, the shutter 18 is closed to partition the working space 5 from the external part, and the rotational speed of the blower 2 is lowered by the action of an interlocking switch 20 and the blower 2 is set in an energy-saving operation. Since the working space 5 is partitioned from the external part, a passage space 10, for example, where the operator who is a main source of generating dust at the time of production is present, by means of the shutter 18, the dust generation contamination is prevented. At the working time, by opening the shutter 18, the interlocking switch 20 operates, the rotational speed of the blower 2 is increased and the air flow speed of clean air in the working space 5 is increased and the dust generation contamination from the operator at the working time is prevented.
