PURPOSE:To localize troubles and smoothen control operations by imparting to respective terminal controlling devices of the air conditioning apparatus in a building or the like to preform te functions of time schedule control, level control, upper and lower limit surveilance and alarming, optimum starting control, valve control and fire countermeasure. CONSTITUTION:After connecting the devices to the power source to initialize the apparatus, a test data access is carried out to a variable memory RAMt to perform self-diagnosis. If the result is proved normal, D1 and A1 are taken in and accommodated into the variable memory. Then, the device carries out time schedule control, level control, upper and lower limit control, optimum starting control, adjustment control, fire treatment and the like, and delivers a digital output DO and an analog output AO according to a predetermined program in response to the result. Then, the device judges whether or not there is a setter PST. If there is no setter, the device is shifted to data transmission and receipt, and if there is the setter, the device carries out PST treatment and then data transmission and receipt. These operations are repeatedly carried out. By these operations, troubles such as incapability of controlling can be localized and the control is smoothly and rapidly performed. |
