PURPOSE:To make a lens easy to control and to make the straightness and squareness easy to check in a laser processing machine, by fitting a lens mount part and a nozzle part for guiding an assistant gas to a nozzle mount part in such a manner capable of dismantling in an external optical apparatus. CONSTITUTION:An upper screw 24 is provided at the nozzle mount part 23, and an upper nozzle 26 is fitted thereon with an upper cap nut 25. A nozzle 27 is also fitted with an under screw 28 and a lower cap nut. A light condenser lens 4 is fixed at the lens mount parts 9, 10 with a screw 12, and the lens 4 is moved by a control screw 31. The part 9 is pushed to the part 23 with an O-ring 30. An exit hole 15 is provided at a nozzle 32 which is moved by a control screw 34. In a confirmation of a light axis, all parts from the nozzle 26 to a focus 6 are dismantled, tools for confirming the light axis are inserted, the light axis is confirmed and the angle is controlled. |
