PURPOSE:To facilitate the fixing of a cover plate by a method wherein legs extending from the cover plate are inserted into slits, respectively, provided in the peripheral edge of a working port provided in a heat medium strorage tank section of the titled solar heat collector so that the cover plate is fixed with screws to the peripheral edge of the working port at positions different from the positions at which the slits are provided. CONSTITUTION:The tank 2 for storing a heat medium is connected integrally to a heat collecting section 1 for heating the heat medium contained therein by collecting solar heat and connecting pipes 3 serving as heat medium passages between the heat collecting section 1 and the heat medium storage tank section 2 are arranged within the tank section 2. In this case, the working port 4 through which the connecting pipes 3 are arranged in the section 2 is formed in the peripheral surface of the section 2 so as to be covered with the cover plate 5 and the slits 6 are formed along the outer periphery of the working port 4 so that the legs 7 extending from the cover plate 6 are inserted into the slits 6, respectively, and the cover plate 5 is fixed with screws to the peripheral surface of the tank section 2 along the working port 4 at the positions 9 which are different from the positions at which the slits 6 are formed. |
