PURPOSE:To produce a scroll in a high precision and a low cost by fitting several convex parts provided on the bottom of a lap into blind holes on a mirror board and welding them at contacting parts. CONSTITUTION:A projection 11 of a lap 10b is inserted into a blind hole 12 on a mirror board 10a to combine the lap with the mirror board. Then, adding a power A from above the projection 11, the lap 10b is resistance-welded to the mirror board 10a. In this construction, the top of the projection 11 is melted for depositing the lap 10b with the mirror board 10a. As l1=l2 after the welding, the scroll can be produced in a high precision and a low cost. |
