发明名称 SUBMERGED ARC WELDING METHOD OF HIGH WEATHER RESISTANT STEEL PLATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To manufacture a weld having high crack resistance, by using a wire made of steel containing Mn, etc. and of a specified composition and a corrosion coefficient of a specified range and a flux containing CaO, etc. and of a specified composition and of a basicity of a specified range. CONSTITUTION:The wire made of steel consisting of, by wt., <=0.025% C, 0.15- 1.6% Mn, 0.3-0.45% Cu, 0.45-0.75% Cr, 0.05-0.3% Ni, <=0.05% Si and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities in which <=0.02% P, <=0.01% S, and of CI value (corrosion coefficient) given from a calculating equation of 0.6-0.9 range is used. The flux containing 4-30% CaO, 5-13% CaF2, 30-65% SiO2, <=40% MnO or <=20% MgO and of B value (basicity) given from a calculating equation of +0.5--1.0 range is used. Thus, a submerged arc welding of a high weather resistant steel plate is conducted by a usual method.
