PURPOSE:To prevent the collapsion of cores surely by connecting the 1st dolly for conveying of cores to the 2nd dolly for conveying of assembled cores by means of an air cylinder, and acting air cushion effectively in the stage of pulling the 1st dolly with the 2nd dolly. CONSTITUTION:The 1st dolly 14 for conveying of cores is connected to the 2nd dolly 16 for conveying of assembled cores by means of an air cylinder 18, and the cylinder 18 is operated and controlled by an air circuit 19. In the stage of pulling the dolly 14 by driving of the dolly 16, a directional control valve 23 is put in the closed position and the 1st, 2nd stop valve 24, 25 are held both in the open positions to accelerate the movement gently in the first half in the accelerating region of the dolly 16. In the second half of the accelerating region, the valve 23 is put in the open position. Thereafter only the valve 25 is closed to make the speed constant. Further in the first half of the decelerating region, the valve 25 is again opened to decelerate the movement of the dolly and in the second half of the decelerating region, the valve 25 is closed again to decrease the speed gradually, and the valve 25 is opened again to stop the dolly gently. |
