PURPOSE:To increase the packing density of molding sand and to improve mold strength in the stage of packing the molding sand in molding members by applying specific exciting force and oscillations to the molding sand. CONSTITUTION:In forming a mold by applying oscillations to the molding sand contained in molding members, the molding sand is oscillated at >=40 Hertz by <=1.5g (g is gravity acceleration) exciting force. Then molding work is stabilized and the mold having good quality is molded. |
