PURPOSE:To achieve highly accurate control by opening a plurality of negative pressure take-out paths to a suction path at the upstream of a throttle valve while placing an open/close switch in each path then logically processing the output to enable the detection of further load area. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of negative pressure take-out paths 5a-5c are opened at the upstream of a throttle valve 4 of a suction path 3 while open/close switches 7a-7c to be closed by the negative pressure provided to each paths 5a-5c. The output from each switches 7a-7c is provided to a logic circuit 8 comprised of arithmetic circuits 8a-8f arranged in parallel and a plurality of load regions are detected from the operational state of said switches 7a-7c. The output from the logic circuit 8 is provided through a duty selection circuit 19 to a duty signal output circuits 17a-17f for producing the different duty signals to control the opening of EGR valve 10 by such as a solenoid 14 in accordance to the selected number of said output circuit. |
