PURPOSE:To easily remove the clogging of a cooling pipe and a fin and to simply perform the maintenance of the cooling pipe by a method wherein cooling fans are provided with means inverting the air blasting direction. CONSTITUTION:At normal operation of an oil-immersed electric apparatus, air flow by cooling fans flows towards the front of an oil cooler from the oil immersed electric apparatus tank side. When the clogging generates at a cooling pipe 7 and a fin 9 and the maintenance of a cooler 6 becomes necessary after operation for a certain period, the rotating direction of cooling fans 10 is reversed to normal rotation by using a phase convertion device 12 with three-phase AC motors 11. The flow of air flows toward an oil-immersed electric apparatus tank 2 from the front of the cooler 6. Therefore, waste paper. dried grass, dust or the like adhered to the cooling pipe 7 and the fin 9 are blown off to permit easily remove blinding. |
