PURPOSE:To increase corrosion resistance and decrease surface resistance by bonding a fluorine based carbon plastic with a polyolefin carbon plastic with a heat press. CONSTITUTION:A 1mm. thick plate of polyethylene carbon plastic (high density polyethylene : carbon plastic = 100:20-33pts.wt.) is set in the mold which is heated previously of a heat press. The temperature of the mold is limited to 100-250 deg.C. The polyethylene carbon plastic plate is softened or melted in the range of this temperature. Fluorine resin based carbon plastic sheet (a thickness of 0.05-0.2mm.) is put thereon and the upper mold is placed thereon, then pressed. Pressure is in the range of 50-300kg/cm<2> and pressing time is for three to five minutes. After completion of press, the mold is cooled with water to room temperature. |
