PURPOSE:To permit measurement of load torque or actual torque by adding a torque calculating circuit which adds or subtracts torque signals. CONSTITUTION:The mimic electric inertia torque TE from a driving power generating circuit 1 outputted via a mimic electric circuit 4 is subtracted from the generated torque T outputted from a driving power generating circuit 1 via a torque control circuit 5 by a torque calculating circuit 7 and only the load torque TL is measured by a torque detecting element 6. The inertia torque outputted by the circuit 1 is added to the T by the circuit 7, by which the actual torque is measured with a torque detecting terminal 6. |
