This appts. is especially useful in inserting fuel elements into a pressurized vessel. This consists of a fixed main cylinder, a reciprocating drive piston(17), & a buffer(28) breaking a drive piston at the end of one's stroke. The stationary buffing cylinder(39) contains shock-absorbing water of which the path member places on the same axis of a main cylinder has many holes(54) detached each other and capable of fluid flow from a buffing cylinder. This is characterized by increase in breaking power over a drive piston caused by the increase of the resistance of the fluid moved from a buffing cylinder, as a buffing piston(41) is moving into one a closing holes one after another. |
