PURPOSE:To provide a polyether-polyamide resin compsn. producing molding products excellent in flexibility, impact resistance, appearance, color tone, etc., prepared by adding a specified modified ethylene copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A modified ethylene copolymer obtained by graft polymerizing 0.05-1.5wt% alpha,beta-unsatd. carboxylic acid (e.g. maleic anhydride) with a copolymer of ethylene and 3C or higher alpha-olefin (e.g. propylene) and having a crystallization degree of 1-35% and a melt index of 0.01-50g/(10min), is added to a polyether polyamide obtained by polycondensation of polyether block-contg. diamine of the formula (where n is at least 3; m is 3-30), nearly the same amount of dicarboxylic acid (e.g. phthalic acid) and polyamide-forming compd. other than above (e.g. caprolactam). |
