摘要 PURPOSE:To realize a bright color picture by arranging phosphors with the same luminescent color on the same row in the Y-axis direction, and connecting same- color phosphors corresponding to an even-numbered control grid and an odd- numbered grid by means of different anodic wires. CONSTITUTION:A trichromatic phosphor dot trio 9G-9R are arranged in the X- axis direction at intersectional points between anodes and a control grid 5. Plate voltage is applied to anodes 10g-10R according to the color signal so as to carry out a desired emission. Here, the phosphor dots are provided in such a manner that phosphor dots with the same color are arranged on the same line extending in the Y-axis direction. When the control grids adjacent to the control grid 5 is represented by 5' and 5'', phosphors 9'G-9'R corresponding to the grid 5' and phosphors 9''G-9''R corresponding to the grid 5'' are connected to anodes 11G-11R. Thus, same-color anodes located on every other lines are connected together in the Y-axis direction. As a result, a color display tube which can realize a bright picture can be obtained.
