PURPOSE:To obtain a low-dielectric loss, economical, and easy making electric insulating coil by a method wherein a mica tape containing liquid novolak-type epoxy resin or the like is wound on a conductor, and heating and pressure forming are applied. CONSTITUTION:Liquid bisphenol A diglycidyl ether epoxy resin, 20-0pts.wt. is added to liquid novolak-type epoxy resin, 80-100pts.wt. and weighing and agitation are done after warming at 65-70 deg.C. Apart from the above, only fine BF3 monoethyle amine complex, 1.5-3.5pts.wt. section selected with a 100-mesh strainer is added to an epoxy resin mixture maintained at 65 deg.C or the complex swelled and dissolved into methy ethyl ketone 3.5 or less by weight section is added to said mixture. Then, epoxy resin composition of matter as mica tape composition of matter is obtained after agitation for 30-45min. A laminated mica sheet 2 of 150g/m<2> is superposed on a glass cloth with a thickness of 33mum and said epoxy resin composition of matter 3 adjusted to 60 deg.C is applied to the laminated sheet 2 through a roller 4. |
