PURPOSE:To cool fluid and maintain a proper temperature by a method wherein an inflow path is provided on the inner peripheral side of a fan case and the outflow path is provided on the outer peripheral side thereof while the whole of the fluid is circulated smoothly by utilizing the centrifugal force due to the rotation of the fan case. CONSTITUTION:When a temperature near the fan case 7 is increased, a spiral bimetal 29 is deformed to pivot a control valve 20 clockwisely and opens only the first inflow path 12 by the notch 26 of the first inflow valve 23. At this time, second outflow path 19 is closed by the outflow valve 25 of a control valve 20. Accordingly, the fluid 16 in a reserving chamber 14 is introduced into an annular space at the outer periphery of an operating chamber 15 through the first inflow path 12 and the communicating hole 4 of a drive disc 3. When the temperature is increased further, a second inflow valve 24 opens a second inflow path 13 and the outflow valve 25 opens the second outflow path 19, therefore, the circulating operation of the fluid becomes active. |
