PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of wrinkles, by coating the photosensitive emulsion a screen stretched over a frame, sticking a sheet of polyester film to the screen, tearing off the sheet after drying it and setting a film after the sheet to finish the exposure and development. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive emulsion 3 is coated to a screen 2 stretched over a frame 1 with a desired thickness, and a sheet 5 of a polyester film is stuck close to a print side surface 3' of the emulsion 3 in such a way that no air bubbles gets into the screen. The sheet 5 is dried and then torn off, and the surface 3' is smoothed into a mirror surface. The film which is printed to the emulsion surface is finished through exposure, development and drying. In such a way, no wave is generated on the surface 3'. |
