PURPOSE:To increase the fixing effect between a rotor shaft and a target, and enhance the reliability of a rotary-anode X-ray tube by forming the joint parts of the target and the rotor shaft into tapered form, and fixing the target and the rotor shaft together by wedge effect. CONSTITUTION:The joint parts 13 of a target 11 and a rotor shaft 12 are made to have tapered form. As a result, when the target 11 and the rotor shaft 12 are clamped with a screw 14, they are firmly fixed due to the wedge effect of the joint parts 13. Consequently, the reliability of a rotary-anode X-ray tube can be increased. |
