PURPOSE:To provide possibility of manufacturing two or more types of watches on a single line by classifying parts of those watches by different colors and by allowing a robot to identify the parts by means of the color. CONSTITUTION:In order to manufacture two or more types of watches with the same basic construction on a single line or permit the line to work hammering of pins with the same configuration, wagons for carrying parts are coated with different colors, and a robot installed at the line controls the assembly with information how and where each part is mounted. The light cast into a transducer upon reflection at the surface of each part is deprived of its infrared component by an infrared filter 12, and three primary colors are converted into current values accordingly by three primary filters 5-7 and a phototransistor 8, and then the current values are amplified by an amplifier 9 and A/D converted for determination of the color from the output value. |
