发明名称 DIRECT SPECTROCHEMICAL ANALYTICAL METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SMALL-SIZED METAL SAMPLE THROUGH FINE PARTICLE GENERATION AND SOLUTION COLLECTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To permit direct, simple, rapid and accurate analysis of small-sized metal samples by a method wherein the analytical sample is molten by heating and evaporated in the form of fine particles which are then collected in the solution and caused to emit a light with plasma excitation. CONSTITUTION:A small-sized metal sample piece 3 put in a fireproof crucible 4 is dissolved by a high-frequency induction heater 6 in a short time and held in the molten state. Then, fine particles are evaporated by a secondary heater 7 such as a plasma arc gun having still higher energy, and inert gas is fed from a carrier gas blowing pipe 12 mounted to a receiving support 9 or the like of a crucible setting device 8 to carry the evaporated fine particles, thereby to introduce them into a fine particle collecting pipe 20. Then, the fine particles are collected in a solution and introduced to an analyzer 39 via a solution injecting pipe 25. The fine particles are then excited in a high-frequency generator 31 and a plasma section 32 both mounted at the upper part of a plasma torch 30 so as to emit a light. The intensity of spectrum lines is measured by a detector 37.
