The chandelier has several tubular branches radially disposed at equal angles around a central support. The tubular branches end in light holders, of which some at least are electrically powered. The light fitting is designed to be dismantled, having the tubular branches carried by two parallel horizontal plates with holes drilled around their periphery to accept the passage of the tubular branches. A small pressed arch near each hole allows a split pin to be inserted under the arch and, after it has been passed through a hole in the tubular branch, to locate each of the tubular branches. The two plates are held together by a bolt with nuts at top and bottom and a spacer between the plates. A hanging loop for fixing to the support chain is incorporated in the head of the bolt.
|
